The Recording API is a set of APIs to manage voice and screen recording in an Engagement Hub environment. If you are using CXone ACD, you can manage voice recording using APIs that are available in the Agent API.
This set of APIs is available for CXone Engagement Hub utilizing CXone Recording. The 'Screen-Interaction' API is also available for CXone ACD.
CXone Engagement Hub (CXone Multi-ACD) lets you take advantage of CXone cloud recording and business applications while still using your existing telephony system, whether in the cloud or on-premise.
