Data Policies is an AI-driven application that improves contact center compliance and risk management. The application supports audio interactions from Recording, AppLink, Multi-ACD (Open), and migrated calls.
The Data Policy APIs are a set of APIs for managing Data Policies, namely, creating, searching, and downloading results.
To use any of the NICE CXone APIs in your application, you must have an API Authentication Token from the token service. See the Getting Started tutorial for information on what type of token is needed for your application and how to get an API Authentication Token.
